Privacy policy

The short version: we build creator pages from profiles that are already public, we use the data only to run the directory, and we don’t sell it, profile you, or send marketing. If a page is about you and you want it gone, write to hello@adultcreatorshub.com and it comes down.

1. Who is responsible

The data controller for this site is [ragione sociale], [indirizzo completo], VAT [partita IVA]. For anything in this policy, write to hello@adultcreatorshub.com.

2. Creators listed in the directory

Most pages on this site are built from information creators have already published on platforms such as OnlyFans: display name, profile picture, description, subscription price, and the number of photos and videos on the profile. We also record how many visitors open the page and how many click through to each linked platform.

Because we collect this from the platforms rather than from you, this policy is also how we inform you that we hold it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a directory that helps people find creators and sends traffic to them. You can object to that at any time, and in practice objecting means the page is removed — see section 6.

3. Creators with an account

If you claim a page or create one, we hold your email address, your password in hashed form, and whatever you choose to put on the page: description, prices, links, photos. We use it to run your account and publish the page you asked us to publish. We do not send newsletters or commercial messages; the only emails you’ll get from us are replies to something you wrote, or notices about your account.

4. Visitors

Our servers keep the usual access logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time) for security and troubleshooting. We also use Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they use — aggregate numbers, not individual profiles of visitors. We don’t use the data for advertising and we don’t sell it to anyone.

5. Cookies

These are the only cookies the site sets:

• PHP session cookie — keeps you logged in while you use your account. Deleted when you close the browser. Strictly necessary, so no consent is required.
• ach_age_ok — remembers that you confirmed you’re an adult, so the warning doesn’t reappear on every page. Lasts one year. Strictly necessary.
• Google Analytics (_ga and related) — measures how the site is used. Lasts up to two years. This one is not strictly necessary, so it is set only if you agree to it, and you can change your mind at any time.

Deleting cookies in your browser settings removes all of them; the age confirmation will then be asked again.

6. Having your page removed

Write to hello@adultcreatorshub.com from an address we can connect to one of the linked profiles, or from an account you have already claimed. You don’t need to give a reason. We remove the page and we don’t re-index that profile afterwards.

The same address works for corrections, for duplicate pages, and for reporting a page that shows someone who never agreed to appear — those we handle first.

7. Who else sees the data

Our hosting provider, which stores the site and its database on our behalf, and Google, for the analytics described above. Nobody else. We don’t sell data, we don’t share it with advertisers, and we don’t use it to train anything. We disclose data to authorities only where the law obliges us to.

8. How long we keep it

Directory pages stay online until the creator asks for removal or the source profile disappears. Account data is kept while the account exists and deleted within 30 days of closure. Access logs are kept for 12 months. Analytics data follows Google’s retention setting, currently 2 months.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to our use of it, and receive it in a portable format. Write to hello@adultcreatorshub.com and we’ll respond within one month.

If you think we’ve handled your data badly, you can complain to your data protection authority. In Italy that is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it.

10. Transfers outside the EU

Google Analytics may involve processing in the United States, under the safeguards Google applies for international transfers. Everything else stays with our hosting provider in Italy.

11. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Significant changes affecting creators with an account will also be announced by email.
